# Remove bimCAT Data

The **Remove bimCAT Data** button becomes available when one or more items are checked using the checkboxes. Allows to remove the bimCAT back annotations from the checked items.

Before:

If the selected family types are located in linked models, upon clicking the **Remove bimCAT Data** button a save prompt will be displayed.
